I certify that I have assessed my physical condition and overall health and consider myself fit and suitably prepared to participate in the race, taking into account the distance and characteristics of the course for which I have registered.
       I have prepared and/or trained appropriately for the distance and nature of the race.
       I will not participate in the race if I am ill, injured, or experiencing any condition that may make my participation unsafe.
       If I have any medical condition that may affect my participation, I have sought appropriate advice from a healthcare professional.
       I understand that trail running is a physically demanding activity and may result in serious injury or death.

       I acknowledge and understand that trail running involves inherent risks because the race takes place on natural terrain, which may be steep, uneven, slippery, or obstructed. Risks may also arise from weather conditions, heavy rain, lightning, flash floods, landslides, wildlife and venomous animals, falls, accidents, injuries caused by other participants or other persons, becoming lost, exhaustion or medical emergencies, as well as damage to or loss of personal property.
       I participate the race voluntarily and agree to exercise reasonable care, comply with the rules, regulations, and safety instructions issued by the race organizer, and take responsibility for my own decisions and actions.
       To the extent permitted by law, I agree to accept the inherent risks of the race described above. This acknowledgment and acceptance of risk does not waive or limit the liability of the race organizer where such waiver or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for damage arising from intentional acts or negligence by the race organizer or any person for whom the organizer is legally responsible.

       I agree to comply with the race organizer’s rules, regulations, instructions, signs, symbols, and safety measures; take reasonable care of my own safety; and refrain from any action that may endanger others. I will carry any equipment or items required by the organizer for the distance entered, immediately notify race officials of any injury, emergency, or potentially dangerous situation, and stop racing or seek assistance if I believe that continuing may endanger my life or health. If I withdraw from the race, I will notify race officials at the designated location or through the designated channel so that my status and safety can be confirmed.

       I will participate only in the distance for which I have registered and will not change distances without the organizer’s permission.
       I will comply with the cut-off times and checkpoints established by the organizer.
       I acknowledge that the organizer or race officials may require me to stop or withdraw from the race, or may prohibit me from continuing, if I exceed a cut-off time or if there is a safety concern.
       I will follow safety-related instructions given by race officials, volunteers, and medical/rescue personnel.

       Registration fees are non-refundable and registration rights are non-transferable, except where the organizer announces that refunds will be provided or where required by law.
       The applicant’s name, race distance, or registration category may not be changed unless permitted by the organizer under the stated conditions.
       Race entry rights or race numbers may not be transferred, purchased, or sold to another person without authorization.
       Any changes to registration information must comply with the procedures and deadlines announced by the organizer.

       In the event of an emergency, I consent to the race organizer, race officials, volunteers, and/or medical or rescue teams providing initial assistance, contacting medical or rescue services, and coordinating appropriate medical treatment for me, with primary consideration given to my safety and condition.
       I acknowledge that access to medical services on natural trails may take time and that immediate medical treatment may not always be available.
       Any medical, travel, evacuation, or transportation expenses incurred by me will be handled in accordance with applicable insurance coverage, the organizer’s conditions, and relevant laws. This does not affect any liability of the organizer or any person for whom the organizer is legally responsible.

       The race organizer may change the course, schedule, starting point, checkpoints, distance, or safety measures, or may postpone or cancel the race, due to safety concerns, force majeure, natural disasters, severe weather, flash floods, wildfires, landslides, orders from government authorities, epidemics, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

       I acknowledge that eligibility for prizes is subject to the race rules and conditions, including verification of the participant’s name, race number, and race results.
       If the organizer provides for prize delivery, the organizer will proceed according to the announced procedures, methods, and schedule. The applicant must provide accurate information for delivery.

       I acknowledge that parking spaces may be limited and agree to follow the organizer’s and race officials’ parking instructions.
       I am responsible for safeguarding my personal belongings and will not leave valuables in vehicles or within the event area. Any liability of the organizer will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the facts of each case.

       I consent to the race organizer recording photographs, video footage, and/or audio of me during the event for publicity and communications relating to the race.
       I consent to the organizer publishing such materials on websites, social media platforms, and other promotional media for the stated purposes.
       The collection, use, or disclosure of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and the race organizer’s Privacy Notice.

       I have read this document carefully.
       I understand the nature of the race and the risks associated with the course.
       I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the conditions of participation before signing this document.
       I have voluntarily decided to participate in the race.
       I agree to comply fully with all rules, regulations, requirements, and safety instructions issued by the race organizer.
       I acknowledge that the statements in this document are relevant to my decision to participate in the race.
